A great project to work on with the legendary Ken Hom and the delightful Pierre-Jean Pébeyre of the famous French truffle house. The challenge was to come up with a design that was contemporary and yet classic and reflected the meeting of East and West in the cooking.
Not only did I have to design and layout the book, but I also wound up translating the original French text into English along with copy-editing the recipes.
